These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ADA Home website and your relationship with ADA Home ("we", "us", "our") regarding the ADA Home product. By accessing this website or reserving an ADA Home unit, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product Description

ADA Home is a locally-operated AI hardware system designed to run entirely on your own hardware without cloud connectivity. ADA Home is currently in development and available for early access reservation. Features, specifications, and availability are subject to change as the product evolves.

2. Reservations and Waitlist

Signing up for the ADA waitlist does not constitute a purchase or binding commitment. Reservation does not guarantee availability, pricing, or delivery timeline. We will contact you at the email you provide when ADA Home becomes available. No payment is collected at the time of reservation.

3. Ownership and Sovereignty

ADA Home is built on the principle of sovereign ownership. When you purchase an ADA Home unit:

• You own the physical hardware and the Soul Drive module
• All data processed and stored by ADA belongs to you
• We have no access to, control over, or visibility into your local data
• There are no recurring subscriptions or cloud fees required for core functionality

4. Software and Licensing

ADA Home utilizes open-source AI models and frameworks. The specific licensing terms for each component (including Qwen2.5, LangGraph, Ollama, and other dependencies) are governed by their respective open-source licenses. ADA Home's proprietary integration layer, system prompts, and agent orchestration code are licensed to you for personal and commercial use on your purchased hardware.

5. No Warranty on AI Outputs

ADA is an AI system that generates responses, code, and actions based on probabilistic language models. While we engineer ADA for accuracy and reliability, AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected behaviors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before relying on them for critical decisions, financial transactions, health-related actions, or legal matters.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADA Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ADA Home, including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, or decisions made based on AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of your ADA Home unit.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use ADA Home in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary components of the ADA integration layer
• Maintain appropriate backups of your data, as ADA operates locally and we cannot recover lost data
• Not use ADA Home to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others

8. Intellectual Property

The ADA name, branding, website design, and proprietary system architecture are the intellectual property of ADA Home. Content you create using ADA Home belongs to you. We make no claim to outputs generated by the AI on your hardware.

9. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes and waitlist registration. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through forms
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the website's operation
• Scrape or harvest data from this website without permission

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ADA Home shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
